She"s played in Switzerland\, France\, Belgium\, Germany\, Luxembourg\, Spain...and India\, often to sellout crowds. In the US\, Kara has performed at numerous Festivals such as The Portland Waterfront Blues Festival and Blues from the Top in Colorado. Kara has also appeared at the Austin City Limits Music Festival. She's also opened for Peter Frampton\, Buddy Guy\, Taj Mahal\, Robert Plant\, and Jonny Lang. After just releasing her album recorded at the Iconic Royal Studios in Memphis with Boo Mitchell and Hi Rhythm section\, Kara is now on out on the road promoting the new record with a new bunch of songs\, the first string of shows being on the west coast Kara was born in a small harbor town in Sydney Australia and since her music beginnings has travelled all over the globe performing her music which is influenced greatly by southern soul\, roots and blues.
